TOWN OF GLENMORE

ZONING / MUNICIPAL CODE PUBLIC HEARING

            Notice is hereby given that a Zoning / Municipal Code Public Hearing will be held Wednesday, April 5th, 2017 beginning at 7:30 PM at the Glenmore Community Center, 5718 Dickinson Road, De Pere, WI 54115, to hear public comment on the following:

 

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by Chairman Rick Loppnow.  Clerk Ossmann certified that the open meetings law requirements were met.   Chair Loppnow read the agenda and asked on each item for any comments.  After hearing no comments, he moved on to the next item.

 

  1. Request for a rezone for GL 101-4 from R-1 Residential to B-1 Community Business for Joe and Jenny Delcorps 1730 Scray Hill Rd. De Pere to convert use of the property to a state licensed child care center.

 

  1.  Discuss definition for “existing site” in A-1 Agriculture.

 

  1. Review changes to Municipal Code of Ordinances, Chapter 22—Sexual Offenders Residency Restrictions.

Chair Loppnow, after asking for comments on each item three times and hearing none, made a motion to adjourn the public hearing, 2nd by Nowak.  M/C by unanimous voice vote.  7:34 PM
