Kolarik read the following notice:

TOWN OF GLENMORE

SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

A special Town Board meeting will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2012, immediately following the special Plan Commission meeting at the Glenmore Community Center which is scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM. 

All agenda items are intended for discussion/ consideration and possible action.

1)     Certified Survey Map for Ken Boushka near 6065 Highview Rd. Denmark, WI. 54208  Parcel # GL 451.2.

Board discussed.  Information regarding input from Brown County Planning, including messages regarding removing the Glenmore treasurer’s certificate and adding a restrictive covenant was presented by Ossmann.

Kolarik made a motion, seconded by Nowak, to open to the public.  M/C by unanimous voice vote.

Don Brantmeier spoke.

Kolarik made a motion, seconded by Loppnow, to go back to the regular meeting.  M/C by unanimous voice vote.

After discussion, Loppnow made a motion to accept the Certified Survey Map for Ken Boushka near 6065 Highview Rd. Denmark, WI. 54208  Parcel # GL 451.2 without the restrictive covenant.  Second by Nowak.    M/C by unanimous voice vote.

2)     Reconcile the 2011 Financial Records.

Board members reviewed the 2011 Financial Records.  A three-point check was made on the receipts and expenditures made in 2011.  Documents for verification from Brown County Treasurer’s office and Denmark State Bank were reviewed.

Following the satisfactory review, Board members affixed their signatures to the Clerk’s record book and will do the same for the Treasurer after he has recorded the reconciliation numbers into his book.

Motion by Kolarik, second by Loppnow to adjourn. M/C by unanimous voice vote.

Meeting adjourned at 9:30 PM.
