TOWN OF GLENMORE

SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

 

            A special Town Board meeting will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2011, 8:00 PM at the Glenmore Community Center for the following purposes:

  1.  Discuss/act on rescinding the following motion of the June 6, 2011 Town Board meeting:  Ossmann affirmed that applications were received for the liquor license, cigarette license plus the following operators:  Peter Allen, Tina Cappelle, Melinda Kaster, Rick Loppnow, Dan Lorenz, Sherry Nowak, Erin Timm and Melanie Wishart.  Motion by Nowak to issue the permits.  Second by Kolarik.  M/C by vote of Nowak and Kolarik.  Loppnow abstained.
  2. Discuss/act on the Combination Class B Liquor License for Dennis Oleck @ The Farmstead.  Also the cigarette license and the operator’s licenses to be issued.
  3. Discuss/act on various road, culvert and ditch issues, including, but not limited to the overburdened bridge on Pine Grove Road; having dialog with Scott Brosteau of Mead and Hunt who will share information regarding the overburdened bridge.
  4. Discuss/act on completion of culvert log, completion of the amount necessary to maintain an adequate bridge fund explanation form and authorizing the raising of funds through the Brown County Bridge Aid in Calendar year 2011 (matched in 2012).
  5. Discuss/act on short term truck route variance for Daanen and Janssen, Inc.
  6. Public Comment.

 

Public comment will be accepted on all agenda items.
