TOWN OF GLENMORE

MUNICIPAL CODE CHANGES

            Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing on changes to the Municipal Code will be held Monday, December 5, 2011, 7:30 PM at the Glenmore Community Center, 5718 Dickinson Rd., De Pere, WI  54115, to hear comments on the following:

Revise Section C-Definitions to include a definition for subdivision and/or items related to subdivisions.

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING

 

            Notice is hereby given that a Zoning Public Hearing will be held December 5, 2011, immediately following the aforementioned hearing, to hear public comment on the following:

            GL 101.4         Joseph Delcorps requests a re-zone of 1.364 acres from Residential to B-1 Community Business to operate a child care center.  1730 Scray Hill Road.

            Persons with disabilities who need accommodations to attend either meeting should contact Clerk Ossmann (864-7645) as soon as possible so that needs can be reasonably met.

Written comments for either hearing item will also be accepted prior to those meetings by mailing to Lana Ossmann, Clerk, 5795 Dickinson Rd., De Pere, WI  54115.
