MUNICIPAL CODE CHANGES

 

            Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing on changes to the Municipal Code will be held Monday, August 1, 2011, 7:30 PM at the Glenmore Community Center, 5718 Dickinson Rd., De Pere, WI  54115, to hear comments on the following:

            Chapter 21- Zoning   Review/revise wording on post farm consolidation procedures found in the Glenmore Zoning Ordinance A-1  Agriculture   Page F-5   L. Other Provisions and Requirements. Paragraph 1.

 

 

TOWN OF GLENMORE

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING

 

Immediately following the public hearing on the Municipal Code that begins at 7:30, the Glenmore Town Board will hold a Zoning Public Hearing to hear comments on the following:

GL 426.1         Rodney and Sue Leiterman request conditional use approval to add 50 stalls to an existing free stall barn.  The proposed addition measures 60’ x 97’.  The property is located at 4611 Shirley Road.

 

            Persons with disabilities who need accommodations to attend the meeting should contact Clerk Ossmann (864-7645) as soon as possible so that needs can be reasonably met.

Written comments will also be accepted prior to these meetings by mailing to Lana Ossmann, Clerk, 5795 Dickinson Rd., De Pere, WI  54115.
