MUNICIPAL CODE CHANGES

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing on changes to the Municipal Code will be held Monday, May 7, 2012, 7:30 PM at the Glenmore Community Center, 5718 Dickinson Rd., De Pere, WI 54115, to hear comments on the following:

Section 3-ASSESSMENT Proposed to remove the ordinance dealing with the appointment of Board of Review alternates from the code in order to adopt as an ordinance outside of the municipal code.

Persons with disabilities who need accommodations to attend the meeting should contact Clerk Ossmann (864-7645) as soon as possible so that needs can be reasonably met.

Written comments will also be accepted prior to these meetings by mailing to Lana Ossmann, Clerk, 5795 Dickinson Rd., De Pere, WI 54115.
