TOWN OF GLENMORE

The Town of Glenmore Board of Appeals shall meet on Wednesday, Aug 30th, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. at the Glenmore Community Center, 5718 Dickinson Rd. De Pere, WI 54115.

They will hear a Variance Request from Patrick Maraka, GL 62-3, 2684 Pine Grove Rd, De Pere, WI 54115.

The Zoning Ordinance states that in an Agricultural Zone, an Artificial Pond must be placed 100 feet away from a residential zone lot line.  The request is to place an artificial pond closer than 100 feet to the residential zone lot line. The residential and agricultural zones are on the same property owned by the same owner.

The Zoning Ordinance states that an Artificial Pond shall be constructed so as to have a bottom slope of not greater than one (1) foot of fall in five (5) feet of travel (5-1).  The request is to change the bottom slope to one (1) foot of fall in three (3) feet of travel (3-1). 

All actions by the Board of Appeals will be final.
